cuff: a slap in the face
2006年 04月 21日
The pain from the slap reminds me of my junior high school days when I belonged to a handball club and the coaching teacher would slapped us on our cheek when we were slack in a game. I wasn’t pleasant but it worked. We got tensed and our performance was improved. I guess such a physical punishment would hardly be justified in today’s circumstances. Good old days are going away in the field of education, too.
The other coworkers left the office by 7:00 p.m., so I remained in the office alone and did 90 MCQs of AUD because I thought I would sleep if I come straight back home. The result was 70%. Sigh. AUD is the subject I feel confident most among the four subjects of USCPA exam, but my score is still below 75%... (At least 75% achievement is required to get through the exam.) I wonder if I could make it much better than now in the remaining days…
It was 0:00 when I arrived at home. I did another one hour review of the SIM of REG. So I studied for four hours today. Tomorrow is Saturday, and I have to study at least eight hours according to Kyoro’s plan. I’ll make it!
